All online & on-site registrations will have a $10 late fee applied if received after July, 2012 (23h30 MST)
Online registration deadline: Wednesday July 25, 2012 (23h30 MST)
On-site registration deadline: Junior Expert/Elite àThursday July 26, 2012 (17h00 MST)(A $50 late registration fee will be applied to all registrations as per the Canada Cup Rules see Specific rules as outlined by the Canadian Cycling Association)
On-site registration deadline: All other categories àSaturday July 28th, 2012 (14h00)
Panorama lodging guests receive a complimentary sightseeing lift ticket when checking in at the resort. Please visit Guest Services with your sightseeing lift ticket to receive the discounted Bike Park ticket rate.
No refunds once a rider has ridden on the course, even in the case of injury or mechanical problems. A $5 administration fee is charged for early refunds.
Required at package pickup
During package pickup all riders will be asked to fill out and sign a waiver. Underage riders will require a parent or guardian signature. Licensed riders will be required to present UCI license.

Non-Licensed Riders Rule
Riders that do not have either a 2012 UCI License or a 2012 Cycling BC Citizen License must purchase a 'One Event' membership. (Either a $10 non-insured, $5 for Under 17 years of age or a $30 insured). Citizen License holders must race in the applicable Citizen Category.
International Rider Rule
Riders who do not hold a UCI license may purchase a $10 'One Event' license and sign a declaration that adequate out of country medical insurance is held. Such riders will race in the applicable Citizen Category. International UCI holders may race in the category as stated on their UCI license.
Camping is available in the Lower Village overflow parking lot near the horse stables lot only. Camping is on a first come first serve basis. There is a Porta Pottie located in the camping area.
Tech space is available in the finish area. Teams will require a TECH PASS which they can pick up from the Race Office located in the Ski Tip Lodge.
