Welcome to the OCA’s official online membership registration system.
A reminder that membership (UCI/CP) processing is generally a 2-3 week process from time of registration to actually receiving the membership; however we do try our best to have it in a shorter time frame. If you require it sooner, a rush processing option is available.
Before applying, remember to ask yourself the following questions:
Am I legally able to agree to the waiver?
Note for all riders under the age of 19, a parent/guardian MUST submit a signed waiver to the OCA (or your club for club associate memberships) before your membership will become valid. No membership will be processed for riders under 19 without this signed waiver. Note the waiver is a legal document and cannot be agreed to by any other person for an individual over the age of 18. Misrepresentation of another individual is a crime and may result in the membership becoming null and void.
Is my club or team affiliated for 2014?
If not, you will not be able to get your license with their name on it until they do. There will be a drop down list during the registration process with all clubs and teams that are registered for 2014. If your club or team is not on there, they have yet to complete the affiliation process. You may purchase your license with no affiliation however to change your membership card at a later date is $10.
Am I applying for a category I qualify for?
If you are looking to upgrade or downgrade and don’t have the points to do so, your license will be delayed. All upgrade/downgrade requests outside of the point structure currently in place should be done using the OCA’s Upgrade/Downgrade Request Form. (Note this should be submitted before you apply for your license) If you are applying in a category you aren't permitted to race in, your license processing will be delayed.
Do I have an appropriate head-shot photo for my membership?
Photos are mandatory for UCI licenses and optional for Citizen Permits. Photos for licenses should be passport/driver’s license style with NO hats, helmets, sunglasses, or goggles present. Please see photo upload page when registering for more information.
Am I getting a UCI Race License, Technical License (Commissaire, Staff) or both?
If you are getting a technical license please be sure to choose this option in the select a license section. If you are getting a race license but are also a commissaire, coach, or require a staff code like manager, soigneur, mechanic, etc. you will need to apply for both the race license and technical license. Note you will only be paying the race license cost. Staff/Commissaire codes WILL NOT show up if you only select a race license.
